Spomeny is in preparation. These terms describe how the current website may be used. The full custody agreement for the vault service will be published and accepted separately before any data is stored.
01What the website is today
spomeny.com is an informational site with an interactive demo. No vault accounts are created and no real assets are stored.
The demo data (names, accounts, keys) is fictional. Do not enter real passwords or account details into the demo.
02Prices and tiers
Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a payment obligation for you or a service obligation for us.
03Not legal or financial advice
Nothing on the site is legal, tax or investment advice. Spomeny does not replace a will certified by a notary; it is intended to complement it by handing over access and instructions.
04Planned principles of the service
Client-side encryption: data is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers.
Release only after a 2-of-3 keyholder quorum and a 14-day veto window during which you can cancel.
Each recipient receives only what is addressed to them.
These are design goals; binding guarantees will be set out in the custody agreement.
